Delivery

In most cases delivery is made through FTP protocol. Delivery includes:

  • Application Delivery
  • User Documentation Delivery

Deployment. For web-based projects (Internet, Intranet, Web), the delivery also includes Deployment on server for the customer:

  • Network configuration
  • Server(s) configuration
  • Product Installation
  • Product adjustment
  • Testing

For web-based projects, Deployment is made on QA stage in order to test software in real conditions.

Knowledge Transfer

  • Technical Documentation Delivery (project documentation)
  • Software Source Code Delivery
  • Graphics Source Files Delivery

    User Training. Beside usual training, this phase also includes support of non-standard situations solving, adjustment of system parameters, and client support on any stage of product development.

    Project Acceptance. Customer's confirmation of complete delivery and his 100% satisfaction form the basis for official Project Acceptance.
